Shake-out

Shake out of castings is performed m on virbo-conveyors. Due to vibration sand molds get destroyed. With the help of vibro-conveyors castings get through a preliminary cooling and are supplied to the DISACOOL cooling drum.

With the help of a unique system of water spraying the DISACOOL drum ensures soft sepaation and cooling of sand and castings. The "All-in-one" system eliminates the need in separate mechanisms for shaking-out and cooling of moldiong sand and castings.
