ABOUT US
9 years on the market
Our company has been producing castings of various degrees of complexity since 2015. Thanks to the use of modern technological processes, innovative methods of foundry production and calculations, it is possible to obtain casting with high accuracy and stability of chemical composition.
We produce castings from various grades of cast iron by molding into sand-clay mixtures with a vertical connector on the DISA automatic non-stick molding line. Rods obtained by the COLD-BOX AMIN process are used for the production of complex shaped products. We design model equipment based on the provided sketch, sketch, drawing, 3d model or prototype.
All the company's products undergo strict quality control in its own laboratory. The castings' compliance with GOST requirements is confirmed by a quality certificate.
